		<description>Outstanding goals! For an informative, motivational guide, I highly recommend any of Dr Andrew Weil&#039;s books. He rehashes the same info in each of his books, so if you&#039;re interested, just get the one that appeal to you.

I agree that one-year resolutions/goals are too large and amorophous. I like to dream up big lifetime/year goals, break them into sub-tasks that can be done in a quarter or a month, and then break them down even further to weeks or days.

I put these goals on my browser home page. This helps keep them in my thoughts. When I realize that I&#039;m spending time doing something that&#039;s not a sub-task of my goals, I can refocus to something more important.

btw, (not to distract you from your Q1 goals!) when do we get to hear more about your 30 Days of Burning Wheel? Your project inspired me to (finally) buy the Burning Wheel books. I&#039;m just waiting for them to arrive now.</description>
