Sounds like a great idea for a series of posts, Steve. I look forward to reading them and learning more about D&D 3.5 (as the last I played was 1st edition AD&D years and years ago). Maybe I'll pick up a bit about how it works these days.

Hey Martin!

What a great idea! I particularly like that you'll be blogging the whole
experience, and I'm quite curious to see what your 101 days will bring.

Me, too. ;) There have been several "101 days of..." threads on RPGnet, but I wanted to do it on my blog. I'm a little nervous (the pressure, THE PRESSURE!), but I think it's really going to make me step up and work harder on my GMing.

I may never want to play D&D 3.5 at the end of it, but I'll learn a lot. ;)

If you're in the market for some specifics for item #3 (which I always am!), I've just written a post over on Treasure Tables about listing your GMing faults as a teaching tool: Write Your Own Naughty List.

Awesome. I haven't made the rounds in my RSS reader yet, but your site is at the top of my RPG list. :) In fact, I'm planning to blog sites I find useful for GMing tips, etc. and yours will be first, maybe today. {NOTE: Martin's Treasure Tables blog linked above is a GREAT RPG blog!]

Thanks for the support!
