On my second day of vacation…

I got up pretty early (7am) and spent 2 hours cleaning the kitchen. I mean it’s surgical clean. I also rearranged some drawers and things so that it’s more user-friendly. That part of it’s not done yet. I’m still tweaking. I also figured out why the washing machine was getting grease on my clothes, which led me to discover that the problem isn’t repairable. I guess I’m going washing machine shopping tomorrow. What fun! Not. I also went into the new office and hung out for a while, reinstalled Mac OS X on what will be my work machine (the swank Titanium PowerBook G4). It’s only day two, and I’m already bored. I imagine the house is going to be pretty freakin’ clean by the time next Friday rolls around. There are worse things.
