Back from “vacation”

I’m back at work after a five-day “vacation” that involved 18 hours of windshield time, two families, two cats, and one dog. Needless to say, as much as I like the families, I’m happy to be home (and almost happy to be back at work). I ate my weight in bad-for-me food every day. I need to fast for a week just to get my digestive system functioning properly again.

The “Christmas Loot” (as I referred to it when I was younger) was an embarrassment of riches. My family, doing their part to breathe life back into the flagging economy. Highlights: a DVD player, a cable modem (now that I can get cable high speed access in our neighborhood), an “All Your Base…” T-shirt from my sister (thanks, Janna!), a new Global Chef’s knife, the new New Order CD, and much more.
