Clay’s Money Origami site has a bunch of cool origami patterns for US bills. He also has links to other money origami sites. The sushi chef thing above refers to the dollar-bill crane that sits on the tip jar thingy (what’s the Japanese word for it?) at my local sushi bar.

Cory Doctorow’s recent article is an interesting take on the conflict between the technical nature of the internet and big business. He could be right.

I got a cable modem (Motorola SurfBoard 4100) for Christmas in anticipation, too. I can hardly wait. I may need a bigger harddrive to hold all that music… heh heh.

Needless to say, as much as I like the families, I’m happy to be home (and almost happy to be back at work). I ate my weight in bad-for-me food every day. I need to fast for a week just to get my digestive system functioning properly again.
